some will say “one is distracted by the life of this world…by work, by family..by this or that…and therefore we have prayer to bring us back to god…”.they want false living (not living in God’s name) to be remedied by prayer and true worship..few times a day one will turn to god, they imagine, and perform true worship…
they do not understand or dont want to understand that when they think like this, they justify their ritual and mechanical praying a set number of times (nowhere to be found in revelation) that amounts to half hour a day maybe at the cost of establishing that the other 23.5 hours of their life and everything in it is basically and essentially a distraction…they come to thank and glorify a god sincerely while they see no relation between his presence during ritual prayer and his presence in the world outside of that period…in order to present their ritual as a justified and useful and comfort-giving, they have to throw the rest of the time/day under the bus as a time of distraction and discomfort and hardship….
what i see is that they are successful in turning their life into an uncomfortable burden and distraction that they have to suffer through and bear……whether they are able to find ease and relief that they desire in their ritual prayer, only they know…
for me, if i am not listening to revelation to reveal true living as opposed to false living, i am not looking for truthful guidance from my maker…
